The accommodations at Market Street Inn are thoughtfully designed, resembling cozy townhomes or apartments. Guests like Marika Dye appreciate the direct access from private patios to the pool area, enhancing the sense of relaxation and ease. While some concerns about pool etiquette were noted, the overall poolside experience remains inviting for those looking to lounge under the Florida sun.
Located at 9100 Baytowne Wharf Blvd, the inn places visitors within reach of an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making it a hub of activity that never feels dull. Corine Walker's reflections on the friendly faces and diverse activities underscore the inn’s dedication to fostering an engaging environment for guests of all ages. Whether one prefers active exploration or simply soaking in scenic views, the setting supports both with grace.
Yet, some areas reveal opportunities for improvement. Mary Jo Gantt points out that certain exteriors and common spaces could benefit from renovations to restore their vibrant appeal. Nonetheless, attention to cleanliness and the overall quietness within the inn balance these concerns, contributing to a pleasant stay.
In essence, Market Street Inn encapsulates the charm and vibrancy of coastal Florida living. It offers a thoughtfully curated experience that harmonizes convenience, safety, and relaxation. For travelers drawn to a blend of luxury condo-style lodging and access to lively resort amenities, this inn remains a compelling choice that resonates well beyond its four walls.

It was nice! I loved how my hotel looked just like an apartment or townhome. I could walk out to my patio to the pool that was nice. The only complaint was that people had their babies with their diapers in the pool so I didn't want to use the pool but laying out was just fine.
Our son got this place for us to stay. Very clean and roomy. Plenty of eating places, shopping places and entertainment for the kiddos. Close to the beaches but traffic and parking were a little ruff. We all had a great time.
Located on the luxurious Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort property and in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Superior amenities, family friendly and great for a romantic getaway. The Market Street Inn can accommodate almost any budget. This is a private, luxury vacation condo resort. Security at the front entrance, officers & sheriff patrols, individual code access required to enter building & private parking garage for guests only. Stunning pool and outdoor area. Barbecue grills are available for guests use near the pool and on the green space. Beautiful green space area with thick, soft, thick grass and for dogs to play and potty. Puppy poop bags are available for free, and there has never been any dog poop left on the grass throughout my 9 vacations. All guests treat each other like friends & neighbors. There is a sense of community and pride in maintaining the pristine outdoor space. The majority of condos offer private balconies and pool grounds level, which is actually the second floor, have private patios with white picket fence and gate for private guests access. The level of amenities, the beauty, and the sense of being in a small, exclusive village resort community is amazing.
There are so many things to do and places to visit inside the resort. It is very beautifully maintained and the atmosphere is definitely a ten plus. There were so many friendly faces! The resort has many engaging things to do and if you don't want to do anything except take in views there are many opportunities for that as well. The resort is age- friendly for any group there engaging activities. It is also close enough by travel to the beach and numerous shopping centers.
We stayed in the building closest to the Grande Sandestin, it was quiet despite proximity to the late night areas. Everything in the Baytowne Wharf area is begining to look old and tired. Was surprised to see the poor maintenance of the exterior. Our room was clean and adequate (yet in need of a major refresh - worn trim and dated paint)
